Mississippi native, Rhymez , is a versatile artist with seemingly no limitations upon where his music can reach. He shows the ability to effortlessly switch between singing and rapping. Through hardships he resorted to music as his outlet and developed the ability to vividly illustrate life stories through his lyrics. His unique songwriting style, in which he “establishes a connection with beats” & lets that guide his pen melodically, along with his musical background, has enabled him to be able to dive into various genres within his own songs.

Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My first musical memory was writing a song in 4th grade for my friends. It was called " Get Ready", and in it, I talked about preparing for the international stardom that would come our way. I guess I unknowingly foreshadowed my future back then.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Donell Jones, Life Goes On Jacquees, 4275 Both albums a pure blend of our culture, soul, innovative sounds for the time & nostalgic R&B. They both have a hint of grittiness embedded in them also. They connected with me at first listen.

"Testimony" I wrote this song for my brother when he passed away. I am blessed to know that this song has touched the souls of others across the world. His memory and the love embedded in this track will continue to shine every time its played.
What's one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of my most memorable moments is when a fan told me they resorted to listening to my music to help them get through hardships in life, and that it saved their life during their darkest times.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
A bucket list thing for me to do as an artist would be to collaborate with Jacquees. He's one of my biggest inspirations.
